She strives to create a warm, welcoming space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported. She is able to offer individual therapy to adults with a broad range of concerns, including mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as medical-related issues like adjusting to illness, post-operative recovery, and postpartum experiences.
