Fearless is a new app for iOS, based on scientifically validated CBT. It helps users face their fears, challenge negative thinking, and accomplish goals that anxiety would otherwise interfere with. It can be used independently or in conjunction with ongoing therapy.

Canadian Psychological Association: Fact Sheets
The CPA has produced their own fact sheets that give a good understanding on a broad range of mental health difficulties. The information provided in these can be helpful in understanding the difficulty you  may be facing.
